It's a beautiful day in California's central coast, and the conditions in the sand dunes proved to be perfect for this year's 2013 Pismo Beach Huckfest. More than 100 vehicles were entered in the different classes, and thousands of spectators lined the peaks and ridges of the Oceano Dunes to check out the high-flying jumps from the many extreme vehicles that were entered in this year's competition. Although the final results have yet to be posted, we were able to get a sneak peek at the action, thanks to today's digital technology and the outstanding lens work of ace photographer Neal Rideout. (By the way, these images were captured with his mobile phone. The high resolution images from his Nikon will be posted soon.) We hope you enjoy these exclusive photos, and be sure to check out Sand Sports magazine. We will have full coverage on this event in an upcoming issue.
